Dear friends, present and past clients, In June, 2013, we established Make Tech Better, Inc. as a trusted technology partner. Then, in March of 2015, ZingMap was created to zero in on clients’ digital marketing needs. We feel like we have served our customers with professionalism and a quality product. But due to certain life situations, I am no longer able to run ZingMap and Make Tech Better, Inc. in the way I would like and the way you deserve. I am happy to announce that I have reached an agreement to transfer ZingMap over to its new owner, Radley Sustaire. I have collaborated with Radley for several projects already and have found him to be savvy, energetic, proactive, and responsive. I have the utmost confidence that Radley will continue to serve ZingMap clients with only the greatest service.

Meet Radley

Radley Sustaire has 11 years of web development experience, including 5 years as the lead developer of a digital marketing agency in Eugene, Oregon, although he has since gone back to the freedom of freelancing. He specializes in WordPress Development and also provides Web Design, SEO and Full Stack development. Radley works with clients across the United States and Canada. He also contributes to his hometown of Eugene by volunteering web development services for local 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. When he’s not working he enjoys cycling and playing video games.

What does this mean for you?

For Past ZingMap and Make Tech Better Clients:

If your website was designed by Make Tech Better or ZingMap or had other services from us, you are probably doing okay. Your website was designed to be hosted on whatever host you’re presently on, own your own URL (website address) and are fine for now. You may have reached out to us to do a design or content tweak here or there. Radley and ZingMap will still be here for you to serve you at a per diem rate as before, or at a contract rate should you need a new website or a huge overhaul.

For Present ZingMap and Make Tech Better Clients:

If you’re presently having your website worked on, or if it is finished and presently hosted by Make Tech Better or ZingMap, you will have a few options: If your website is still being created or worked on, ZingMap will complete the job it started on and then Radley will take things over from there. If you are satisfied with our arrangement of hosting, security measures, backing up your site, updating technology and editing your site (2 hours/month), we will be transferring your site over to our new servers and continue to serve you as we are presently for the remainder of our contract. If you wish to self-host your site (meaning you take care of the security measures, backing up your site, updating technology, etc.), we can help you transfer to a ZingMap recommended hosting service. If there are other services that ZingMap is providing on a regular basis, or if you have any other questions or concerns, we will talk to you about those in the coming weeks.

For Future ZingMap and Make Tech Better Clients:

Radley does some really amazing work. Really. He appreciates any referrals you pass to him. Most assuredly, I will continue to refer work to him.

Q: Where is Radley based?
Radley’s base of operations is in Eugene, Oregon. However, as ZingMap provides web based services, he can service anyone across the United States, or around the world.

Q: What is the timeline of this transition?
This announcement will lead to Radley establishing ZingMap as an LLC. Since ZingMap presently is a division of Make Tech Better, Inc., Erik can continue to finish any outstanding work. The full transition should take one to two months.

Q: Why the transition?
Erik is going to work full time as Property Manager of The Flatz Properties, LLC, in Peekskill, New York. He has effectively been doing so for a while, but the responsibilities of that work has become too much to balance two full-time jobs.

I want to thank all of you for your support and patronage over these few years. I have loved the creative experience of working with you and appreciate your trusting me, Make Tech Better and ZingMap to serve you, your company, or organization. I do hope you will continue to stay in touch (“friend” me on Facebook!). I wish you all only the very best of health and wellness, and sincerely hope that you will have a good and positive relationship with ZingMap and Radley.

Most sincerely,

Erik Contzius
